Reports and exporting

Open Reports for a question set and export CSV, a gradebook, JSON, or a printed summary.

Reports aggregates every session of a question set.

1. Open Reports in the host dashboard.
2. Pick a question set on the left. Search by name, or filter by Survey, Quiz, Workshop, or Assessment.
3. Use the session menu to see All sessions or one date.

The summary shows participants, sessions, responses, completion, drop-off, and median time. A quiz or assessment also has class scores and a student list.

Export

Export is available on Free. A Free export includes the first 50 responses from each session. Upgrade to export everything.

On the report, open Export:

• CSV — one row per response
• Gradebook CSV — one row per student
• PDF — executive summary (uses the browser print dialog)
• JSON — raw payload

AI summary is shown on Single User, Team, and admin accounts. It is not on Free.

If some responses are missing, the report shows a locked-results notice with an upgrade link. That is the plan cap, not a failed export. See Troubleshooting and Plans and free limits.
