Feedback and research

Collect feedback with polls, and which research question types need Single User.

Feedback survey (Studio → New question set) is a survey titled "Event Feedback Survey". It includes a Poll plus two Open-Ended questions (what was valuable, what to improve).

These research question types are marked Single User in the question catalog: Open-Ended, Likert Scale, Matrix, 2x2 Quadrant, Semantic Differential, Journey Curve, and Kano Model. First-Click, Card Sort, and Prototype are Single User as well and are used by prototype tests.

On Single User or Team, create the feedback survey, edit the prompts, and Present — or share it if you are running it as a form rather than a live room.

Results for a finished session are in Reports.
