Workshops

What a workshop question set is, and which templates need a paid plan.

In Studio, a workshop is a type of question set, next to Survey, Quiz, and Assessment. Brainstorm and Retrospective start as workshops.

Brainstorm seeds two questions:

• a Word Cloud, "What ideas come to mind for our challenge?"
• an Open-Ended question, "Describe your boldest idea in one or two sentences."

Team Retrospective seeds two Open-Ended prompts (what went well, what to improve) and a Word Cloud for team feeling.

On Single User or Team, choose Brainstorming or Team Retrospective on Create New Session, edit the prompts, then Present.

On Free, start a blank form or a Live Poll and add the free types: Poll, Word Cloud, Multiple Choice, True/False, Rank Voting, Dot Voting, SWOT Analysis, or Planning Poker. You can file that question set under a project folder from Studio → New project.
