Invoices and the billing portal

Open Manage billing to download invoices, update a card, or change a subscription.

Card numbers are handled by Stripe. Answerama does not store the full card number.

1. Sign in at app.answerama.com.
2. Open Settings → Billing & Plan.
3. On a paid plan, choose Manage billing.

The portal is where you:

• download invoice PDFs
• update the card on file
• update the billing name, email, and address
• switch between Single User and Team, monthly or yearly
• cancel at the end of the period you already paid for

Free accounts do not have a portal yet. Upgrade first. See Upgrade, switch, or cancel.

Billing records are kept for 7 years. For a copy you cannot find in the portal, email [email protected].
